The Warranty Group has received information that individuals are being contacted by telephone by persons who are attempting to sell automobile extended warranties or service contracts possibly on behalf of a Warranty Group company known as Automotive Warranty Services, Inc.

The Warranty Group and its subsidiary company Automotive Warranty Services, Inc. DO NOT engage in outbound telemarketing to consumers for automobile extended warranties or service contracts and DO NOT directly contact consumers by phone.

CONSUMERS ARE WARNED THAT SHOULD THEY RECEIVE ANY COMMUNICATION BY TELEPHONE, SUCH COMMUNICATION IS NOT FROM A COMPANY AFFILIATED WITH THE WARRANTY GROUP or AUTOMOTIVE WARRANTY SERVICES, INC.
