Executive Vice President Latin American Markets

Mr. Donaldson is Executive Vice President, Latin American Markets, responsible for the development of products, growth and profitability in countries including Argentina, Brazil and Mexico.

Prior to joining Aon Warranty Group in April of 2000, Mr. Donaldson spent two years with AIG as the Vice President of International Warranty Operations, with top line and bottom line responsibility for warranty operations in 22 countries. From 1991 to 1998 Mr. Donaldson was with Warrantech Corporation working to develop international operations for the firm. From 1989 to 1991 Mr. Donaldson was with Service Saver a division of TransAmerica Commercial Finance focusing on Extended Warranty Programs.

From 1975 to 1979 Mr. Donaldson served in the United States Airforce and was honorably discharged in June of 1979. From Sept. 1979 to June 1982 he attended University of Arizona and majored in Business and Public Administration, minor in Marketing.
